return policy

Art and Bean prints and framed prints are returnable within 5 days of delivery. Funds will be credited in the form of a merchandise credit. Continental U.S. and Canada only, not applicable to Alaska, Hawaii & International orders.

- Return process must be initiated within 5 days of delivery by contacting Art and Bean - tracey@medcalfe.com.

- Framed & unframed prints must be returned undamaged & in original packaging.

- Return shipping label will be provided by Art and Bean. Shipping charges will be deducted from merchandise credit. Items must be return shipped within 48 hours of label receipt.

- 30% restocking fee applies to all returned framed photography.  Please note for all exchanges, only current promotions may be applied to new orders. Past promotions may not be applied unless an even exchange is initiated.

Some of the products and services available on this site are provided by independent contractors and not agents or employees of A&B. A&B is not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches or negligence of any such service providers or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting therefrom.

Risk of loss

The items purchased from our Site are shipped by a third party carrier, pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for such items may pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
