Where are you based?

I'm based in California and have print partners in the US, Europe and South Africa to ensure you get your order professionally printed and shipped.

 

Do you offer custom and personalised orders?

Absolutely! The artwork and prints available on Art and Bean are only a small representative of the artwork available.  The sizes and options are much more extensive and we would be happy to work with you to both capture and print artwork that will suit your home or office.

 

Are the colours guaranteed?

The screen resolution as well as the device you use to view images, has a huge impact on brightness and color.  We endeaver to present all artwork as accuratly as technology will allow and also offer the color palette for most of the images to help with this.  Please contact us if you are unsure of colors or would like to discuss this aspect of our printing.

 

How can I make sure my print stays in great condition?

Prints are shipped in secure packaging and should arrive in perfect condition.  Please contact us if this isn't the case.

 

Once your print arrives, please avoid touching it with bare hands as fingerprints can easily appear.

 

Naturally, you want to avoid bending or folding any prints and if you are framing them yourself, please try to ensure that there is no dust between the print and the frame.
